Diane Glover – Fort Wayne, IN
 The 2008 Employee of the Year is someone who is described as a
true ambassador for Fort Financial Credit Union, maintaining an
unfailing genuineness and sincerity that is easily observable in
day-to-day interactions with the FFCU staff and particularly with our members
who desire the special caring this employee uniquely and
consistently gives, and a service commitment that sets FFCU
apart from our competitors. Described by teammates as polite,
knowledgeable, cooperative, dependable, compassionate,
resourceful and giving, this individual works from the heart and
without complaint to pitch-in on large, time-sensitive or
security-sensitive projects that simply must get done.
This humble and modest role-model exemplifies the true meaning of teamwork by giving up days off
frequently when duty has called and by helping on various committees and on numerous activities
that support our credit union's core values. She has given her heart to Fort Financial, and to each of us,
in this incredible way for almost 22 years.
As Mr. Hannah, President & CEO, presented the Award and
check to Diane Glover, the shock and awe of the announcement was
clear on Diane's face as she humbly accepted the award and
shared her thoughts about her role at FFCU. “I really like what
I do, so this comes as a total shock to me! I'm glad I did not
know beforehand, or I would have been a total nervous wreck!“
