Diane Kallmyer – Fort Wayne, IN

In her reception speech, Diane graciously acknowledged the team effort and support from those around her leading to the award. Obviously, achieving this award is following in some pretty big footsteps. Steve Holloway, Corporate Human Resources Manager, announced this highlighting Diane’s success to the fully packed room of FFCU employees saying, “Needless to say, the ‘Employee of the Year Award’ is a hard-earned and well-deserved one. Our 2007 Employee of the Year has demonstrated outstanding dedication; service and leadership in helping us grow and shine within our communities. She is described as having a special finesse to manage the politics and satisfy the needs of over 100 car dealerships. She takes very seriously the huge task of managing the constant change of interest rates and dealer percentages, as well as staying updated as to what our competition is doing. These demands result in long and additional hours which require an exceptional level of commitment from her. Her strong work ethic of doing the job right and keeping member service as a top priority are evident in the special way she completes her everyday tasks.
This employee’s humble yet confident approach in all business matters, combined with an amazing smile and warm Texas accent, have proven successful for her, and successful for our credit union. She has proven herself a strong leader to her staff and coworkers, and clearly has contributed to the success of the credit union through her determination and dedication.” A standing ovation gave testament to that truth. Congratulations Diane! |
