- Clean, online process. If you are approved, you need only come in to sign the proper paperwork, or for your convenience, we’ll send the paperwork to you for the proper signatures. If your application is pending, you’ll be asked to call the credit union’s loan department. Don’t worry. More often than not, this means that more information is needed.
