What is an eStatement?

An eStatement is your monthly account statement which can be viewed online. It is no different than your account statement that comes to you via US Mail. The only difference is that you control when you receive the statement and you don’t have to worry about it getting lost or stolen in the mail.

How do I sign up to receive eStatements?

You will need a valid email address to sign up to receive eStatements. FFCU will notify you each time an eStatement becomes available. This notification is delivered to your email address.

• Login to online banking
• Click on the Self Service tab
• Then click on the eStatements link
• Follow instructions for enrollment and setup

PLEASE NOTE: New users will have to enroll in online banking to sign on. Please have your member number, PIN, Social Security Number and street address ready for enrollment.

When are eStatements made available for online viewing?

eStatements are made available shortly after the last day of the month once the credit union has completed its daily update and the monthly account statements have been cycled.

What accounts will have eStatements for me to view?

Any account that you currently receive a monthly account statement for will have eStatements available online.

What if I sign up for eStatements and decide I'd rather receive them in the mail?

If you decide that you would rather receive your account statement via US Mail, all you need to do is log in to online banking. Click on the Self Service tab, and then click on the eStatements link. Once you have done that, click on the My Settings tab and click on Edit My Settings. From here, you can choose Paper Statement.

Can eStatements be printed and saved?

Yes. eStatements are delivered in PDF format and can be easily printed and saved to your hard drive for retrieval anytime.
